 On a sale – “the meter starts ticking” when we have received the title deeds, a fully compliant HIP and properly completed Seller’s Information Forms. If the matter involves Probate we would need that as well.

On a purchase “the meter starts ticking ”When we have ALL the necessary papers from the seller’s lawyer and payment for your searches". If you need a mortgage then we also need written mortgage instructions from your mortgage provider. Then it's full steam ahead!
