 Would Knibbs & Co ever take on more work than they could handle? 
 
 NO. If there is ever a possibility that we might take more than four weeks to have you ready to exchange, we promise not take on any more new work for an appropriate period (and we actually did this for one week in February 2006 and another in 2007).
